The place of confluence where the mesmerizing blue water of the mighty ocean meets the pristine water of the vasishta Godavari is called the ‘Sapta Sagara Sangama Pradesham’ which can be assessed from a launch pad on a small island on the other side of the river and from there on foot you can reach the point where the confluence is.
The place is a popular pigrim centre because of the sacred Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple situated near the confluence and is one of the 108 temples dedicated to Narasimha Moorthy and is constructed between the 15th and 16th centuries,
The village of Antarvedi is situated on the East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh which is at a distance of 100 kms from Rajahmundry which is the nearest Airport. It can be reached by train or bus from Naraspur , Kakkinada and Rajahmundry,
One other must visit place near Antarvedi is Dindi , which is 20 kms from there. Known as the’ charm’ of Konaaseema region this is a picture perfect place filled with lush green paddy fields ,tranquil backwaters serene lakes and canals bordered by coconut groves reminding you of the more famous landscapes of Kerala. From the Balayogi Bridge in Dindi you can enjoy a clear and beautiful view of the river in all it splendor.

-By road you can reach mallikapuram which is the nearest town. from here need to hire a private vehicle to the location.
-Very few hotels in the area here(APTDC hotel at dindi is very famous) therefore it is advisable to book your stay early.
-There are no big restaurants nearby. Suggest to carry sufficient food and water from the nearest town.
